hais.. these 2 years I have been training my napha, trying so hard to increase my muscle in my chest so that my nipples will protude out on the shirt more significantly that makes me sexy
my current napha results
sit-up 100
chin-up 20
sit and reach 50cm
2.4km 5 mins
shuttle run 5 sec
standing broad jump out of range.(basically i fly well...)
just joking haaha
my actual results
sit-up 1 or maybe 2?
sit and reach 10cm? well basically i cant straighten my hand well....
chin up - does 1/10 of 1? count?
2.4km or should i call it 100m run ? cause i always hit 100 and knock out
standing broad jump. Is 20 cm counted? My Fats refuse to budge when i tried so hard and its not my fault .. is just that my body wouldnt want to move... okay !!
ok basically thats it for today lesson just ended time to drink so oil to FUEL UP !
